Payments - Web work and hosting
Payments should be made in advance of work starting.
Monthly maintenance: payments are made at least quarterly, as hours are averaged across a 3 month period for the packages. Payments can also be made biannually or yearly.
Web design packages: the full payment is due up-front for sites $500 or less. Anything over $500 is typically payable half up-front, and the rest in two portions (at halfway mark and after completion). For very large sites, a payment plan will be worked out with the client.
Web hosting: is due in advance. Payments can be made monthly, quarterly, biannually, or yearly. Any hosting more than 15 days overdue may be suspended. Discounts may be available for those who pre-pay at least a year in advance.
Payments can be made via cash, check, money order, or card. Card payments may be charged a 5% processing fee.
Payments - Printed Products
Payments should be made in advance of work starting. If you need a rush order, a 20% rush fee will apply.
Payments can be made via cash, Cash App, or PayPal. Orders for methods other than PayPal will need to contact us to process their order. No work will begin before payment has been received.
Refunds
Monthly maintenance: Refunds are only available for any quarters that are completely unused. Individual months are not refundable because of how the hours are used.
Web design packages: Full refunds are only available prior to work being done. Once work has started, only refunds for unused hours are available, minus a 25% cancellation fee.
Web hosting: Refunds are only available for unused months, minus a 10% cancellation fee.
Printed Products: No refunds on personalized items once work has begun. On non-personalized items, full refunds will be made before work has begun. After work has begun, a partial refund will be available. Printed products are hand-made with love and because of this will not be perfect like something that is mass manufactured. Items may be stamped, cut, hand painted, etc. By ordering from our site, you understand that not every item will be identical and that quirkiness comes with homemade items.
